June 16th, 2020:

From Gabe:

"Hey Vince, 
As an update from our conversation last week we got a couple people in our team and the customer service team that have been tested positive from COVID, and some of those will not be working for a little while. As a measure of safety our team cannot receive the amount of income calls and provide support for the next 3 weeks, would it be ok if we rescheduled the deployment one more time (sorry for that again). If we can do it for first or second week of July we should be fine we just want to make sure we can supply support if something happens to the website. Mark is aware that is extremely needed that is why I want to make sure we reschedule for sooner rather than later.
After that also, he is aware we will be deploying once a month until we are at the latest version. It was a bit of a hard conversation but I think we arrived to a good conclusion for everyone haha. 


PS I got tested positive but so far had no symptoms at all, will keep you updated if something else happens.

Client opted out of the status call this week.

Gabe, Ryan and Mike were provided a quick status update on the hours which were at 19.79 the moment they were contacted.
