September 2020 Status Reports
September 3rd, 2020 Status Update:
I spoke with Proline today and here’s the outlook I received from them.
Next Deployment:They don’t want a deployment scheduled until early December. They said sales ramp up in September and typically drop after Cyber Monday.
We are definitely doing the PHP Upgrade for December Deployment - https://rocketweb.atlassian.net/browse/PRH-259 Granted it’s a few days past 7.2 EOL but they have been informed and said it’s fine.
There’s also mention of a new homepage banner extension they want deployed in December. There is no ticket and I don’t know when they will create it.
FYI - If any patches or Magento releases (excluding 2.4) happen to be released before December, we should push to include those in this sprint.
Pressing Issues Currently:
Gabe’s biggest concern right now is this ticket: https://rocketweb.atlassian.net/browse/PRH-260
He said he has to do some more research on this still and see if it’s something on their end or something we have to help them with. If this becomes something on our end to deploy or revert, I told them we would schedule a breakfix. This breakfix isn’t limited by December guideline and could be done ASAP if needed.

Anything else…
Knowing Proline, there definitely could be a change of plan at any time but we’ll see what happens. More tickets might popup, etc. At this point in time, everything above is accurate.
Their budget for September - Gabe told me that he told the owner he would stay under 35h…so what that tells me is let’s get close to 35 
IDK how but let’s see what everything looks like next week.
