Importing order changes from NetSuite to Magento - Shipping Method

This feature is used to synchronizing the NetSuite SalesOrder Shipping Method and Magento Order Shipping Method. Also, this scenario is used during New Order Creation (New orders importing to Magento from Netsuite.)

The Feature Scenario:

1. SalesOrder is Created in NetSuite / Order was Created in Magento and pushed to NetSuite;
2. SalesOrder is imported to Magento as Order (New orders importing to Magento from Netsuite.);
3. The client changed Shipping Method in the NetSuite
4. Magento System(MS) pulls it from NetSuite via Cron / Admin pulls it via CLI (see CLI command to import order/order changes from NetSuite to Magento);
5. MS checking that no Shipping exist in Magento for the Order
   1. if Shipping exists we do not modify the order
6. MS checks that for new Shipping Method mapping exists
   1. if no mapping exists or mapped Shipping Method is inactive Fallback_Shipping_Method will be used (see Magento 2 connector Import Orders User Guide)
7. MS updates the Shipping Method 
8. MS updates cost for Shipping and saves Order
