UI - Magento 2
While most of the connector configuration is done inside the configuration screen, there are a few other screens that can be helpful, especially when debugging. All screens are available inside the "System" menu, NetSuite tab.
Import queue
The import queue will list items that were pulled from NetSuite but not yet imported. From this screen:
- you can view items in the queue
- you can delete items in the queue (don't do it unless you are sure you don't want the item imported anymore, there is no recovery path)
- you can process the queue
Export Queue
The export queue will list items not yet exported. From this screen:
- you can view items in the queue
- you can delete items in the queue (don't do it unless you are sure you don't want the item imported anymore, there is no recovery path)
- you can process the queue
API log
This screen will display the request and response for each NetSuite communication piece. Note that it is usually disabled on production.
Error log
NetSuite errors. Grouped by title, you can also see last occurence date and number of occurences
"View in NetSuite" buttons
Orders, invoices and shipments that are synched will feature a "View in NetSuite" button that takes you to the NetSuite counterpart.
