What is the difference between Rocket Shopping Feeds and Google Shopping Feed?

Rocket Shopping Feeds has added fully customized Bing, ShareASale, and Google Promotions templates. 

How many products may be exported in a data feed File?

We have generated a feed file for a customer that had a million products. Each feed generation takes time, so a feed file of about 3000 products can take around 5 minutes where as a feed generation of a million products takes a full day.

Does Rocket Shopping Feeds support multi-currency rates?

Yes.  The extension can utilize multiple currencies for each store.

Is RSF compatible with the most recent Google Shopping requirements?

Yes.  We have everything Google wants.  Regular hot fixes ensure that your feed is fully compliant with current Google Shopping requirements.

Does the extension work with Enterprise version?

Yes.  Both Magento Enterprise and Community are supported..  Competitors charge an extra fee for the Enterprise edition, but both are included in our price!

I have a question not answered in the FAQ Section.  How do I get my question answered?

We have a User Guide and Tutorials section that should address most of your questions.  If you need additional help, please open a support ticket.
