Vincent Carrotozzolo (Unlicensed) & Matt MacDougall, will this page have the current structure: http://dev.rocketshoppingfeeds.com/tutorials/services ?
I mean if it will only be text editable in admin, no other help needed from Jakub.

Whatever you guys think we can add here to make this page more appealing (graphics, buttons, pricing tables etc.) let me know. I added some content from Rough Content Ideas for Site page as this was the only thing I could find that relates to this page, but it should definitely be more eye-catching and delivering some useful content.

Definitely think we could spruce up this page with more graphics and design elements found in the other pages created.
Here's a few ideas we could implement here:
- Create an Image stating that we recommend people buy the install and config service (if that is the direction we want to go)
- Out of the box idea - Market this page in a way where it gives off the "Sit back and relax" vibe while we take care of everything for you
- Ex: "Mission Control is here to help prepare you for launch along with any troubleshooting along your journey", "Feel confident with your lift off and landing because our team is taking the journey with you"
- Throw in some testimonials on this page, maybe just one.
- Tony Brettman (Unlicensed) received a really good testimonial earlier today that would fit perfectly with this:
- "
If you are looking for a complete solution to google shopping feed then simply buy this product.
It does all you need it to do and more importantly the customer service is out of this world. I still contact them a year after getting the product and am always answered quickly with them sorting out loads of issues i have had due to my lack of understanding.
I cannot emphasize how important support is and i have had the reverse experience on plenty of other plug ins i have bought. This is the best without a doubt.
Thank you so much Tony for always being able to help and sort everything."
I'm aware at this time we are not selling anything on RSF.com, but if/when we do, we could add a button to buy support only. I'm wondering if some people buy the extension thinking they can handle install and config, but then realize they made a mistake and wish they could buy just that part.
For now, we could add a button that directs them to the Xtension Galaxy product page.

Matt MacDougall Corey Schmitz (Unlicensed), could you please review the proposed format of the Installation and Configuration Services page http://dev.rocketshoppingfeeds.com/tutorials/services. Ignore styling for now, just need to know if the current layout will work or if we should come up with something else. Do you think those images will work here? I yes, I'll need to convert them into svgs and match colors with the design. Anything else you want to place on that page beside what Vince Malfeo (Unlicensed) suggested above?

looks great to me!

Is this page going to be for the current install/configuration service we provide, or for the more comprehensive white glove service that takes care of everything for the customer?
Matt MacDougall 2016-04-22
Good point, reading this closer I see we are referencing the $600 per feed and $100 per hour price. This is cool. For launch we will change the XG page to reflect this pricing.
I may still keep pricing simple on XG and just have the one option for configure that's priced at $600. wojtek (Unlicensed) setup XG to save everyone's credit card token when they make an initial purchase so if someone buys and then wants to setup another feed or needs to add additional support hours, that's something we can easily handle via phone or email. We just need to log into the Braintree interface, find the customer and then we can issue a new charge. It's a bit of a manual process but should still be easy.

The page could be both if we are going to provide 2 levels of service.
I think we need to give a clearer explanation of what service we provide and explain how it saves the customer time, money, and hassle. The customers purchasing the service will likely be small to medium-sized business owners that don't have a developer. They just want to get up and running quickly.
Matt MacDougall 2016-04-22
We will only have 1 level of service, we're just going to raise the price and explain it better so we can justify the price.
Matt MacDougall 2016-04-22
We're already doing white glove. We're just not getting paid enough for it.
Corey Schmitz (Unlicensed) 2016-04-22
I'm sure Tony agrees.
