Matt MacDougall, in order to start estimating and work, we need feedback/ approval for:

1. Site Content and subpages
2. Pricing Options And Bundles
3. Videos

What I am looking for is to know:

• What will be the final sitemap (header and footer)
• If the content in the Site Content section covers that Sitemap and if it is ok with you. My interest is in structure and description of what each page should contain, and less on actual text
• If Site Content has all the information about features. Right now I don't understand if will sell anything on this website or not. This is also tied to Pricing Options And Bundles .
• Are we doing videos?

Matt MacDougall, take your time this week and maybe Monday to review. Here are some specific questions related to the Site content:

1. Is the "Proposed website structure (header links)" from Jakub in Home , the approved version? I looked in http://dev.rocketshoppingfeeds.com/ and it's different. We need to know the final sitemap (for now). 
2. The "buy" button refers to XG page. Should we leave it like this until the launch? I mean we don't do payment on this site? I prefer it this way, btw.
3. Where in the Sitemap will the Videos be?
4. Who will be responsable to create the Videos?
5. Should we have links to open directly every question in FAQ? I suggest we should so it's easy to share with someone

1. This nav is good, just a few changes: http://dev.rocketshoppingfeeds.com/ ... remove Docs, Add Buy after FAQ, Add Documentation under Tutorials
2. Buy should link to XG.  It's important that all external nav links look like they will be external, they should also all open in a new window.  I think Jakub Kulig (Unlicensed) suggested an external link icon at one point, let's use that.  For launch, let's not do any ecommerce functionality on the site, let's just use the site for marketing.  We can add ecom stuff later if it makes sense.

Yes definitely, in fact as another topic, we need this change on rocketweb.com too, http://rocketweb.com/faq/general/company if I want to see You won awards? the link should be http://rocketweb.com/faq/general/company/you-won-awards ... for the URI, question titles go to lowercase and all special characters are replaced by a dash except in the case of an apostrophe where it should be just removed so "Matt's Idea" would become matts-idea ... not matt-s-idea

Vince Malfeo (Unlicensed) Alexandra Dima (Unlicensed) sounds good.  I think videos will need to incorporate some zooming as well.  Just showing the full screen of the application will result in people not being able to see what we're talking about.  I'm happy to buy software that can help with this.  Let me know if there's any tools we need to do this right.

Vince Malfeo (Unlicensed) & Corey Schmitz (Unlicensed), could you guys please update the pages in this space so we have Matt's feedback integrated? It will be helpful for the future to review (and not search in comments). I saw Confluence has a version feature so we can keep the initial suggestions as hidden. Please confirm you can do this today, Monday the latest.

Alexandra Dima (Unlicensed) if it makes sense to move this out of Wiki and into Jira, that's perfectly fine with me too.  I just started here because most todos were around writing content and collaboratively figuring out what we should do.  Anytime you think it makes sense to use Jira, please do.
