• Feed is generating too slow

Most catalogs should be able to process few products per second. The speed of products processing depends on attributes mapped into the feed the complexity those attributes backend.

I order to trace which attribute is causing the performance issue, I would remove columns one by one from Columns Map till better results start to come up. With default mapping, shipping column tends to put a strain on processing speed, so I would remove that column first.

If the feed use to run fine but it slowed down with time, it means log files got bigger. Clearing the log files at pub/media/feeds/*.log might help. For now there is no switch to disable log, so the recommendation to keep those in reasonable size is to set up log rotation.
